Distribution of Materials
No student is permitted to paste, exhibit, prepare, or distribute any poster, leaflet, notice, pamphlet, or handbill within the premises of the Institute without prior authorization from the Administration.
Prohibition of Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the Institute.
Punctuality
All students are required to be punctual for their classes.
Leaving the Classroom
Students are not allowed to leave the classroom without permission from their tutor or until the class has officially concluded.
Classroom Behavior
Any student engaging in misconduct within the classroom shall be reported to the Administration immediately by the tutor. The Administration reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, which may include penalties as recommended by the tutor.
Prohibited Activities
Political or immoral activities are strictly forbidden within or around the premises of the Institute.
Class Schedule Adjustments
The Institute reserves the right to revise class schedules or to rearrange classes as necessary.
Mail and Valuables
The Institute will not be held responsible for the loss of any mail or valuables sent to students at the Institute’s address.
Registration Process
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must accompany the registration form to be processed and confirm enrollment.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Any alternative payment arrangements must be made directly with the Institute in advance. If payment is not completed successfully and is not resolved in a timely manner, the student will be removed from the class due to unpaid balances.
Class Cancellations
All classes are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, the Institute will contact the affected students as soon as possible, allowing them to enroll in an alternative class or receive a full reimbursement.
Disruptive Behavior
The Institute reserves the right to remove any student from a class due to disruptive behavior.
